Metes and Bounds Overview
The Metes and Bounds Tool allows you to create a feature based on various metes and bounds calls. The Metes & Bounds Tool also works specifically on EVEREST FEATURE PROVIDER FILES (.EFF). If you use this tool on a normal .SHP file instead, the various CALLS / LEGAL DESCRIPTION information will be lost once the GIS feature is created. To use the Metes and Bounds Tool, first select it from the Ribbon.
